Minimum 3 years of managing SQA teams and projects. Minimum 2 years of hands on QA experience writing test requirements, test cases, and test reports. Demonstrated knowledge of requirements management. Excellent analytical skills on identifying root causes in a technology platform. Good automation skill. Excellent communication skills. Extensive experience in testing methodology. Good knowledge in SDLC, QC & QA. Good knowledge of SQL. Working knowledge of XML, SOAP services, Linux OS and database environments.
