The role of Program Manager is centered on designing and building the Youth Venture program. Interest individuals must be able to manage partnerships, (identifying, and supporting partners), create evaluation models for the program and documentation, and refine the design of the program to enhance and build its scalability and replicablity. Two aspects that are in the process of being built within the program are mentorship and alumni. These need to be followed through and executed to enable a growing community of Changemakers. This person will also provide support and mentoring to the trainers for the program, who are selected from the alumni of youth venture.
