Designation: HR Manager

Job Description:

1. Manage the recruitment, selection and retention process
2. Manage salary administration, promotions and employee benefits
3. Address and resolve employee relations issues
4. Manage the performance management process
5. Identify, develop, implement and support employee training.
6. Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures which conform with corporate goals and local regulatory
7. Other HR & Administration duties need to be taken care.

Desired Candidate:
1. Must be ready to relocate and join immediately at Coimbatore.
2. Must have excellent communication skills
3. Minimum 1 year experience in human resources.
4. Significant experience leading an effective HR function
5. Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage.

Education / Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor / Master in Human Resource management.
Relevant qualification such as Professional in Human Resources preferred.
