Job Description:
• Excellent verbal & written skills in English
• Shorthand dictations (Shorthand 80 w.p.m) & Maintaining confidential files.
• Preparing Draft letters, typing & generating project reports.
• Preparing financial documents, daily collection reports & maintenance of bill records.
• Sending reply to the clients via mail and ensure that all correspondence is acknowledged.
• Must be presentable, polite & tactful with requisite aptitude to handle complicated issues through exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
• Should be comfortable working late hours ( day shift)
• Open with Travelling
• Arrange Conferences, co-coordinating with various staff members, meetings, clear goal about defining meeting agendas etc.
• E-mail, Internet Use, MS Office, MS Outlook Express, MS Word, Publisher, Telephone , Voice Mail
