Contracting rates with the suppliers and hotels of different continents and developing/maintaining database; Sales call to Travel Agents for coordination of tours; FIT quotations; Tour itinerary costing and customize tour packages; Communication with service providers/suppliers and arranging confirmation for the group; Hotel and ground arrangements for group travel; Travel documents related to hotel confirmations; Billing and closing sales in costing sheet; Generation of sales report, productivity report, retention analysis, Working as per the budgeted sales volume.
