Responsibilities –
• Responsible to attend and address customer issues via email & telephonic communication (Outbound calls).
• Responsible for creating product awareness & convert qualified lead.
• Understanding issues behind subscriber’s dissatisfaction and retaining them.
• The key result area is retention / upselling of higher duration subscriptions / sales.
