Responsible for designing, coding, testing, coordinating, documenting and kitting software for bcgi's product line.

Excellent analytical skills and sound programming ability.
Experience utilizing some or all of the following technologies: Operating Systems (Windows NT/XP/2003, UNIX flavors), J2EE Technologies (JSP, EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate), Eclipse IDE, XML/SOAP, Application Servers (JBoss, OAS, Weblogic), Databases (SYBASE, Oracle 10G).
Experience on any SCM Tool like CVS, Perforce etc.
Exposure to object oriented programming techniques.
Experience with a major relational database management system.
Ability to deliver production quality software on-schedule.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them to others.
60% Coding, testing, kitting and documenting software.
20% Product designing.
20% Participating in conference calls, team meetings in the process of requirement gathering and project development.
