Job Description
3-5+ Years of experience with Oracle HRMS Applications as a functional consultant.Specialized Oracle OAB Module implementation experience.Should have Full-life-cycle 11i implementation experience.At least one Oracle HRMS Implementation/Upgrade projects is must .Experience with data conversion and interface design. Should have Good communication and people skills. Experience with Oracle SSHR and other HRMS modules,Self Service & Workflow and familiarity with Oracles AIM methodologyn preferd.
