Strong knowledge of Storage devices and management software, (HDS, EMC, Netapps). Strong Knowledge of Backup software and configuration. Understanding of NAS / SAN and associated technology to provide these environments. Good communication skills. Good problem resolution skills. Excellent customer elevated support skills. Ability to write Technical Documentation, and articulate responses at a appropriate level. Ability to take a lead role when required, and drive deliverables through a global team. Various OS skills, Windows, Unix, Linux. General administration.
