| Job Description |
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 2+ years implementing Human Resources / Payroll solutions.
- 2+ years configuring and supporting Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and Kronos Connect Interfaces.
- Experience using MS Office Outlook/Word/Excel is a must, experience using Access is a plus.
- Experience with Windows XP, 2000 or Vista operating systems.
- Experience in the utilization of relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL or IBM DB2.
- Other Kronos product knowledge (Accruals, iSeries, VisionWare, Leave & Attendance) a plus.
