Proficient in VC++ using MFC (a must). Should have exposure to applications using communication protocols or packet handling. Should have good OOAD knowledge. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Coding VC++ applications. At least 1 year of experience on Designing VC++/VC++.Net. Exposure to design tools, preferably Rational Rose. Good understanding on SDLC and Processes. Good understanding on .NET Architecture.
