Websphere administrator

Looking for a person with an industry exp of 2+ yrs with relevant exp of 1 yr in Web Sphere administration. Maintain Websphere, Siteminder, JBOS, ICS or IIS application server systems as assigned by checking the server logs, pager/email for any alerts on the System.
Deploy applications or system changes to Websphere, JBOSS, ICS or IIS as requested.

Support batch job runs and fix problems with batch as needed. Generate procedures/documentation whenever necessary. Ability to support all different level of clients. Must have good to excellent verbal/written communication skills to explain concepts and/or issues in a clear manner. Must have experience with Websphere V5.1 on AIX and Linux as well as Siteminder v5.5. Experience with JBOSS ICS and IIS also needed. Experience with Websphere V6 on Linux is a plus.
